Scholarship

Institution of C. V. Iswaran Memorial Scholarship

The Trust is happy to announce the institution of C. V. Iswaran Memorial Scholarship at the Lodi Estate School. The details of the scholarship are as indicated below:
1. A merit-cum-means scholarship that would cover the total annual tuition fees in Class XI for the best student in mathematics passing out of Class X in the science stream.

2. A merit-cum-means scholarship that would cover the cost of books and school uniform (dress and shoes) in Class XI for the best student in mathematics passing out of Class X in the commerce stream.

The scholarship is being awarded beginning with the academic year 2011-12 and the first two awardees for the year have been selected by the school in consultation with the Trust.

The scholarship is named after Dr. C. V. Iswaran, an outstanding alumnus of the school belonging to science stream of the 1964 batch, who unfortunately passed away in 2008. The scholarship is being funded through a corpus donation made by Dr. Iswaran’s family. The scholarship will be administered by the Trust.
